Elaine O’Brien Memorial Trophy

This Trophy is to be awarded to a member who has contributed to the Club in a special way on or off the court. During the 125 Anniversary Club Championships, Bryan O’Rourke(centre) was named as the first recipient of the Trophy. Bryan is pictured above with Elaine's son, Bobby O'Brien (right), and Club President William Devine (left). Bryan’s contribution to the Club as Men’s Captain and later as President has been incalculable. He continues to give generously of his time and energy to the Club, not least as the driving force of the Club’s successful ‘Thursday Night Social Tennis’ summer series.
